The Row House / Brownstone Style

The American Brownstone has been part of the residential landscape for over 300
years. In our contemporary application of this style, the Brownstone is typically a 2-3
story detached or attached single-family home with minimal front yards and parking in
the rear. As a stand alone style, the Brownstone/Row House could dominate the street scene. However, build in groupings of 4-10 units; they begin to yield the character and flavor of another era.
